  • Yoga flow

    ​This powerful and dynamic class will move fluidly linking the movement to breath from posture to posture while engaging deep core muscles. All levels of experience are welcome as modifications will be offered.

  • 3-2-1

    Get a full body burn in one workout! 3-2-1 is a mix of strength training, cardio and abdominal exercises to create a super calorie-busting workout. This program puts your body into overdrive so you can burn even more calories than with your average workout.

  • Lower Body Blast

    This targeted workout focuses on building strength and muscle mass in the legs and glutes while maintaining a heart rate that will burn calories. We will concentrate on lower intensity exercises using weights, with fewer repetitions.

  • Upper Body Pump

    This workout is targeted towards the muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest, and back. The purpose of this workout is to build strength and muscle in the upper body. In this class we use lower intensity, heavier weights, and lower repetition ranges.

  • Core & Balance

    This is a targeted workout that focuses on the trunk muscles which connect the entire body. Core strength is the foundation of movement in general and translates into all exercises. This is also important for injury prevention and general mobility. In this class you will see a lot of core specific exercises as well as compound movements. The purpose of this class is to create strong physical literacy and stability throughout the body. A great class for everyone!

  • Iron Sculpt Yoga

    Combining yoga postures and breath awareness with free weights this class will get you sweaty and centred! Suitable for all levels.

  • Ballet Barre

    Barre class is a full body workout that will leave you feeling strong and toned through low impact, yet high intensity exercises made accessible for all levels of experience. Finding connection to deep muscles with light weights and high repetition, we will work towards stronger arms, legs and core, all while keeping it fun!

  • Strength & Stretch

    Stretch and Strength will get you fired up and geared down all in one class. We begin by engaging deep muscles to strengthen, tone and feel the burn while getting our heart rates up. In the second half, our focus shifts to releasing and lengthening through stretches geared towards letting go of tension and gradually increasing flexibility. A great class for all levels and abilities!

  • Restorative Yoga

    Slow down, quiet your mind and connect to the essence of the moment through a calming, balanced series of standing, sitting and lying hatha postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Suitable for all levels, this class includes simple modifications as well as more challenging variations, to enhance both inner and outer alignment, flexibility and strength.

  • Hatha Yoga with Essential Oils

    Hatha yoga is a set of physical exercises and sequences of asanas designed to align your skin, muscle and bones. In this class you will gain strength, flexibility and reduce stress with the diffusion of essential oils to optimize the benefits to your overall health and well-being. All levels of experience are welcome.

  • Cardio & Pump

    Get ready to feel the pump! Combine cardio and light weights with a higher rep range to create increased blood flow through the body. The cardio section is an intense, high-impact, but easy to follow segment, with a range of options to accommodate any fitness level. The pump section will tone your muscles and the cardio section will make you break a sweat! A perfect class for everyone!

  • HIIT 45

    This High Intensity Interval Training class will take your caloric burn to the next level! Using cardio drills and a variety of timed sets, this anaerobic style workout will leave you feeling that post-gym glow. High Intensity Interval Training has been scientifically proven to be the top training tool for maximum calorie loss. It’s easy to follow with a range of options to accommodate any fitness level.

Please bring your water bottle, personal lock for the use of our lockers, and appropriate indoor shoes.

Barre classes require the use of grip socks and yoga classes can be done barefoot.
